Free shipping throughout the United States
We offer free standard shipping to addresses in the United States, with no minimum purchase. The shipping charge at checkout is $0. International shipping is not currently available.
Dispatch within 72 hours
Once paid ordering opens, accepted paid orders will be dispatched within 72 hours. Dispatch means handoff to the carrier; it is not a promise of delivery within 72 hours. Carrier transit time varies by destination and service, and any available delivery estimate will be shown before purchase. A tracking reference will be supplied when available.
Preview status
Our catalog is currently open for browsing, while payment-provider setup and final launch checks are in progress. Paid orders are not accepted yet. The shipping settings are ready for future orders, not a claim that a preview bag is an accepted order.
Addresses and delivery problems
Provide a complete, accurate address. Contact support immediately about corrections. For damage, a missing parcel or an incorrect item, contact support@rogeliocommerce.store with the order reference so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. An insurance purchase is not required to receive help.
Delays and cancellation
If we cannot meet the promised dispatch time, we will notify you of a revised date and offer the option to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as applicable. We do not take payment for indefinitely unavailable items without the required disclosure and consent.
