1. Who we are

2. Preview status and eligibility
The catalog is currently a preview. Paid orders and order submission are disabled. Viewing a product, adding it to a bag or visiting checkout does not create a purchase contract. Once sales are enabled, you must be an adult able to enter a binding transaction in your jurisdiction, or act with an adult’s supervision.
3. Product information and prices
Prices are in USD. Preview prices are reference starting prices, not binding offers. Variant prices, specifications, supply and tax treatment are subject to verification before sales open. Shipping is free throughout the United States, and accepted paid orders will be dispatched within 72 hours once sales open; transit time is additional. Photos and screen colors may differ from actual items. We do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by product brands. Material corrections will be disclosed before an order is accepted.
4. Orders and payment when sales open
Final product price, shipping and applicable taxes will be shown before a payment commitment. Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. An automated receipt is not a guarantee of acceptance. We will notify you of a cancellation and refund any amount already collected. We will never ask you to send full card numbers or security codes by email. Card payments will be processed by the payment provider identified at checkout after integration.
5. Shipping, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy explain fulfillment, cancellation and remedies. These policies are part of the terms. If shipping is delayed beyond the promised time, we will offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a prompt refund, as applicable. Your statutory rights remain intact.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and your login confidential. Report suspected misuse to support. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful content, impersonate others or use the website for fraud.
7. Site content
Our original design and text are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of this site does not transfer ownership of content or marks.
8. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with site operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that law does not allow to be excluded, including applicable rights for defective or misdescribed goods.
9. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains information practices. External services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services.
10. Disputes and updates
Contact support first so we can try to resolve concerns. California law applies to the extent consistent with mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms. Updates take effect when posted; changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement.
